Detox
Detox diets follow
the principle that toxins from the food we eat and the world around us build up
in our bodies gradually attacking our health and well being leaving us feeling
sluggish and worn out. A detox program assists in removing these toxins from the
body and undoing the ravages of modern living.
The concept revolves around a core of removing all processed sugars and
foods from the diet and replacing them with fresh produce as close to its
natural state as possible. Fresh fruits and vegetables and large amounts of
water and herbal teas form the backbone of this simple but effective
regime. This diet is complimented by a
large variety of treatments available at our Wellness Spa.
These cuisines are prepared at your request along with any
other special dietary requirements that you may need.

To ensure your comfort please read the following carefully.
Dress code:
We
request that all guests wear the robe and slippers provided in their suite
Etiquette:
Please
be ready 15 minutes before your treatment session. Strictly no cell phones will
be allowed. No eating or drinking is allowed except in designated areas. No smoking is permitted. We request that
guests do not disturb other guests receiving treatments.
Age Restrictions:
No
children under the age of 16 are allowed to use the Spa facility
Spa Bookings
Pre-book
your treatments as far in advance as possible to ensure your chosen times are
available
Operating Hours:
We are
open daily from 08h00 to 20h00 including public holidays
Bookings:
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all bookings
that are cancelled within 12 hours or less of the appointment. Please specify
when booking a massage therapy if you would prefer a male or female
therapist. Kindly notify us of any
medical conditions at the time of booking to ensure that the therapist is
informed.
Group bookings
Spa
visits make great outings for friends celebrating a special occasion or
colleagues taking a break together. Please contact the Spa to tailor group
bookings to suit your specific needs.
Special requirements
Our
staff will be pleased to offer any assistance should you have any special needs
or requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Changes
or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled
treatment time, though we would appreciate a 48 hour treatment change be
observed by day guests so as not to incur a 100% cancellation fee
Gift vouchers
Spa day
packages and treatments make wonderful gifts for family and friends, or an
incentive for business colleagues. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any
monetary value
Points of Safety
The
Sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi & floatation pool are not guarded. Should you suffer
from high blood pressure, or any other ailment, kindly refrain from using these
facilities on your own
Guests
with long hair are asked to keep it tied up
Guests
are requested not to submerge their heads while in the Jacuzzi as this
constitutes a drowning risk.
Guests
are to be aware that the marble surfaces around the pool and the Jacuzzi can be
extremely slippery when wet and are asked to be cautious when moving around in
these areas.
It is
particularly important that you shower before using the pools and after using
the steam rooms. No beverages of any
kind are permitted in the Spa garden. Chilled water is provided for your
refreshment.
